Habemus StuMeTa-Logo! At StuMeTa 2025, many creative meteorology students designed a new StuMeTa logo together in the framework of a workshop. The graphic will serve as new general logo, besides the yearly logos of the different StuMeTa locations.
Explanation:
The rainbow, the anvil cloud and the lightning flash represent typical phenomena within meteorology. The rainbow is represented in a simplified form as simple colorschemes often make better logos in terms of recognizability. The lightning flash connects all the university locations in the D-A-CH area where you can study meteorology. The color scheme matches that of potential future logos in the field of meteorology developed by UPAS.
