Die StuMeTa ist die beste Chance Student*innen aus Deutschland Österreich und der Schweiz bei einem abwechslungsreichen Freizeitprogramm kennenzulernen. Zusätzlich dazu kannst du in spannenden Vorträgen und Workshops viel neues lernen und in Exkursionen und anderen Programmpunkten kostengünstig Leipzig entdecken.
Why should I definitely take part in the StuMeTa?
The StuMeTa is the best chance to get to know students from Germany, Austria and Switzerland during a varied leisure program. In addition, you can learn a lot of new things in exciting lectures and workshops and discover Leipzig in excursions and other program items at low cost.
Wer organisiert die StuMeTa?
Wir sind ein motiviertes Team aus Meteorologiestudent*innen aus allen Semestern des Leipziger Studiengangs. Seit dem Herbst geben wir alles, um euch eine tolle StuMeTa zu ermöglichen.
Who organizes the StuMeTa?
We are a motivated team of meteorology students from all semesters of the Leipzig degree program. Since the fall, we have been giving our all to make sure you have a great StuMeTa.
Was muss ich zur StuMeTa mitbringen?
Eine Packliste mit Dingen die ihr auf keinen Fall vergessen dürft, stellen wir noch zusammen und werden sie dann auf dieser Webseite hochladen.
What do I need to bring to the StuMeTa?
We will put together a packing list with things you should not forget under any circumstances and will then upload it to this website.
Wieviel wird die Teilnahme kosten?
Die Teilnahme an der StuMeTa kostet 60€ pro Person. Im Preis sind Übernachtungen, Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen sowie sämtliche Vorträge und Exkursionen erhalten. Zusätzlich kannst du für 10€ dein StuMeTa-T-Shirt in unserem Design erwerben.
How much will participation cost?
Participation in the StuMeTa costs 60€ per person. The price includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as all lectures and excursions. You can also purchase your StuMeTa T-shirt in our design for 10€.
Wonach werden die Exkursionen und Workshops eingeteilt?
Bei der Anmeldung werden eure Erst-, Zweit und Drittwünsche für die Exkursionen und Workshops abgefragt. Nach der Anmeldung versuchen wir möglichst alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Sollten für dich Exkursionen ausgeschlossen sein (wie zum Beispiel aufgrund von Höhenangst), dann teile uns bitte die entsprechende Veranstaltung und den Grund im Anmeldeformular mit.
How are the excursions and workshops organized?
When you register, you will be asked for your first, second and third preference for the excursions and workshops. Once you have registered, we will try to fulfill as many requests as possible. If excursions are excluded for you (e.g. due to a fear of heights), please let us know the relevant event and the reason on the registration form.
Wonach wird entschieden wer zur StuMeTa fahren darf?
Aufgrund der räumlichen Planung können leider nur 180 Personen an der StuMeTa teilnehmen. Wenn es am Ende der Anmeldeperiode mehr Anmeldungen als Plätze gibt, entschieden wir nach der folgenden Methode:
– Wir wollen das möglichst viele Städte in möglichst großer Zahl vertreten sind. Deswegen bekommt jede Stadt mit mindestens einer Anmeldung zur StuMeTa gleich viele Plätze zugeteilt
– Sollte eine Stadt die Plätze nicht ausfüllen können, dann werden sie nacheinander an die Städte mit der jeweils höchsten Anzahl an Anmeldungen vergeben.
– Innerhalb der Städte werden die Plätze über ein Losverfahren vergeben. Dadurch wollen wir Chancengleichheit für die schaffen, die evtl erst später über die StuMeTa informiert wurden.
How do you decide who can go to the StuMeTa?
Due to the spatial planning, unfortunately only 180 people can take part in the StuMeTa. If there are more registrations than available spots at the end of the registration period, we will decide according to the following method:
– We want as many cities as possible to be represented in as large a number as possible. Therefore, every city with at least one registration for the StuMeTa will be allocated the same number of places.
– Should a city not be able to fill the places, they will be allocated to the cities with the highest number of registrations one after the other.
– Within the cities, the places will be allocated by lot. In this way, we want to create equal opportunities for those who may only be informed about the StuMeTa at a later date.

Die Anmeldeperiode startet am 19.02. 18 Uhr und endet am 10.3.2024 24 Uhr.

The registration period starts on 19.02. 6 pm and ends on 10.3. midnight.
